What is Club-Solido.com?

The Solido Club is a website that will let you live the Solido experience in a different manner. Our website offers you the opportunity to buy exclusive reproductions of the 100 Series, a 1:43 scale collection of model cars.

What is the Solido Club?

It is a Club that brings together models enthusiasts as well as loyal customers of the Solido brand who have, in some cases, been with the brand for a very long time. The Club will give you the possibility of gaining access to exclusive collections, starting with the reproduction of the original 100 Series.


The Collection

How many models will be in the collection?

The collection will have 50 models to start off.

What kind of presents can I look forward to receiving if I subscribe?

Presents include: a reproduction of the 1:43 Bougie, exclusive vehicles like the Citroen Type HY “Club Solido”, a cleaning kit for your models as well as a Solido Club key ring.

 

How do I subscribe to the Club?

You can subscribe directly via our website, by mail (simply send the subscription slip to CLUB SOLIDO, Espace Commercial Oxygène Sud, 2 rue de l’Ecusson, 56120 Josselin, France) or by telephone: + 33 (0)2 97 70 42 25 (additional charges may apply if calling from abroad).

How do I buy a model that has already been released?

If there is any stock remaining, the model will be available on the website after its initial release. You can find all available models in the store.


Subscriptions

Monthly offer : when will I be debited?

SEPA DIRECT DEBIT

You will automatically be debited 7 days after your order has been dispatched.

BANK CARD (CREDIT CARD??)

You will automatically be debited every month, on the anniversary date of your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can interrupt or cancel your offer at any time. To do so, please contact us by email (info@club-solido.com) ; by mail (CLUB SOLIDO, Espace Commercial Oxygène Sud, 2 rue de l’Ecusson, 56120 Josselin, France) or by telephone: + 33 (0)2 97 70 42 25 (additional charges may apply if calling from abroad). Please include your client number as well as your contact details.

If I change my mind, can I re-subscribe?

You can at any time ask us to reactivate your subscription. To do so, please contact us by email (info@club-solido.com) ; by mail (CLUB SOLIDO, Espace Commercial Oxygène Sud, 2 rue de l’Ecusson, 56120 Josselin, France) or by telephone: + 33 (0)2 97 70 42 25 (additional charges may apply if calling from abroad). Please note that we can not reactive your subscription if the associated collection is no longer being produced.

How can I delay any deliveries if I am not at home?

You have the possibility of delaying any deliveries by contacting our customer service by email (info@club-solido.com) or by telephone:+ 33 (0)2 97 70 42 25 (additional charges may apply if calling from abroad). Our customer service will take into account your request and allow you to pick back up with your deliveries once you have come back home.

When will I receive my first package?

The first model of the collection will be sent out in September 2019. If you have already signed up, you will receive it by the end of September. Following that date you will receive your first model at the end of the month you subscribed.

I have not received a confirmation of my subscription, what should I do?

By accessing your account, you can check whether your subscription is active. If you cannot find this information, please contact us directly by email (info@club-solido.com) or by telephone: + 33 (0)2 97 70 42 25 (additional charges may apply if calling from abroad).


Payments

What payment options are available?

For the monthly pack, you can pay using debit. For other packs, you must pay all at once. To do so, you can pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfer or cheque (the latter only for France). For the latter you must send the cheque to the following address:  CLUB SOLIDO, Espace Commercial Oxygène Sud, 2 rue de l’Ecusson, 56120 Josselin, France.

Is my payment online secure?

Our website is completely secure. We have put everything in place to ensure any and all personal financial information is protected (card numbers, addresses, etc.)


Website utilisation

I’m having trouble subscribing to a pack or buying a model.

If you’re having trouble ordering a model or subscribing to one of the packs on offer, you can contact our customer service by email (info@club-solido.com) or by telephone: + 33 (0)2 97 70 42 25 (additional charges may apply if calling from abroad).

How can I create an account?

To create an account, click on “Create new account” and fill in the information marked with an asterisk*.

How can I recover my password if I have forgotten it?

To recover your password, click on “Account” then “Forgot your password” and follow the instructions.

Can I change my password?

You can change your password at any moment by accessing your account and clicking on “Account details”; simply follow the instructions to create a new password.

What to do if my email address is already in use when I want to create an account?

If you receive an error saying your email address already exists or that it is already taken when you create your account, it is probable that there is already an account associated to your email address. If this is the case, check your emails to find the account details; alternatively, click on “Forgot your password” to recover your password and access your account.

Why can’t I create my account?

If you have are having trouble creating your account, you can contact us directly via the Contact us form. You can also contact our customer service by mail (info@club-solido.com) or by telephone: +33 2 97 70 42 25 (additional charges may apply if calling from abroad).

I can’t access one of the pages of the website, what should I do?

If you encounter any technical issues while perusing our website, please contact us by email: info@club-solido.com.

In order to resolve the issue, please be as precise as possible when describing the issue:

  • What browser you are using (Internet Explorer 6/7/8/9, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, iOS, Android, etc.)
  • The page where you are encountering the issue
  • At what moment the issue occurred
  • The specific error message that appears (if applicable)
How do I see what personal data is on my account?

Once you have created your account you can access at any time your personal data. To do so, simply go to the Account tab, from which you will be able to consult any and all information you have shared with us.

My model was delivered broken, what should I do?

Please send us an email with your membership number as well as photos of the damaged product. You can also contact us by telephone:+ 33 (0)2 97 70 42 25 (additional charges may apply if calling from abroad).

Can I send back a product that I have purchased?

Yes. In accordance with French laws (Articles L121-21 and the Consumer Code), the Customer has a period of fourteen days following the receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify their reasons or pay penalties. In case of withdrawal the Customer must return, at their own expense, all items of the package within a maximum of fourteen days after informing the Company of their decision to withdraw.

The package must be sent back to the following address: CLUB SOLIDO, Espace Commercial Oxygène Sud, 2 rue de l’Ecusson, 56120 Josselin, France.

I’m not receiving any models despite being subscribed to a Pack, what should I do?

If you are actively subscribed, have paid and have still not received your model(s), it is possible there is a problem with the delivery. If this is the case, please contact our customer service by email (info@club-solido.com) or by telephone: + 33 (0)2 97 70 42 25 (additional charges may apply if calling from abroad).

How do I ensure I receive my deliveries if I change my address?

If you change your address, you can change it with the Solido Club by contacting our customer service by email (info@club-solido.com) or by telephone: + 33 (0)2 97 70 42 25 (additional charges may apply if calling from abroad).

Is it possible to send my delivery to another address?

Yes, it is possible to change your delivery address before your delivery is dispatched. To do so, contact our customer service by email (info@club-solido.com) or by telephone: + 33 (0)2 97 70 42 25 (additional charges may apply if calling from abroad). You can also simply log on to your account and modify your address via your Orders tab and clicking on “Change delivery address”.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
